As their Italian business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support and develop their people strategy in the region. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Opportunity: /strong /ppbr / /ppAs the HR Operations Specialist for Italy, you will act as a trusted partner to both employees and business leaders, ensuring HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives are delivered to the highest standard. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey responsibilities include: /strong /ppbr / /pulliPartnering with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives /liliEnsuring compliance with Italian labour law and employment regulations /liliSupporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture /liliManaging onboarding, talent acquisition support, and employee development initiatives /liliMaintaining HR systems, records,
