Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Materials Expert to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves developing and refining materials for a high-impact project in the (specific industry) sector. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and sustainability of materials under development. Prior experience in materials science, engineering, or related fields is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new materials formulations to meet project specifications.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate material properties, durability, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to refine material compositions and manufacturing processes.
- Document findings and present results to stakeholders in a structured format.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for material safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in materials development or testing.
- Proficiency with material characterization techniques, including spectroscopy, microscopy, and mechanical testing.
- Experience working with polymers, composites, metals, or ceramics is required.
- Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools, or data analysis platforms is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in experimental design and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
