Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /p h3Your role at KIKO MILANO /h3 pWe are looking for a bGlobal Functions HR Business Partner /b, joining the HR Team, reporting to the HR Senior Manager Global Functions. /p pThis role will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. /p pIn particular, you will: /p ul liCollaborate with business leaders and Line Managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. /li liAct as a trusted HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on people-related matters and ensuring alignment with business needs. /li liSupport and manage organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture change and process improvements. /li liEnsure that HR priorities and initiatives are effectively translated into business actions. /li liManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and defining profiles to sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates. /li liConduct direct searches and proactively identify high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels. /li liLead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and working environment.
/li liSupport the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans where required. /li liManage and support compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews, MBO and variable compensation. /li liMonitor and analyze key HR KPIs, including turnover, headcount and labor costs, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. /li liLead or contribute to key HR initiatives and projects, including organizational restructuring, culture change and HR process improvements. /li /ul h3What you will need to succeed /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics and Management, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus). /li li5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail company or in beauty sector. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. /li liStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. /li liFluency in English is mandatory. /li /ul h3We would love if you had /h3 ul liA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace /li liAbility to manage change /li liStrong organizational skills with an ability to re- prioritize as required to meet deadlines /li liAbility to be risk-aware and build contingency plans /li liStrong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, creative /li liHighly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
