The iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel in Venice, is recruiting a talented and motivated F&B; Manager to oversee and enhance the entire Food and Beverage division of the hotel, including the kitchen. This is a permanent full‑time position to start during the first few months of next year (2026). The F&B; Manager reports directly to the Hotel's General Manager. As F&B; Manager at Hotel Cipriani you will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of eight venues: the restaurants Cip's Club and Il Porticciolo, the Michelin‑starred Oro Restaurant, the Bar Gabbiano and Bacaro Dior, the Breakfast, Rooms Service, and Banqueting departments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of all F&B; venues.
- Monitor guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Supervise recruitment, lead talent development and performance management, suggest training necessities.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasts.
- Develop new F&B; strategies to keep improving quality and guest satisfaction while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide leadership, vision,
and direction during the renovation of many venues.
- Ensure the execution of Leading Quality Assurance standards and action plans for improvements when necessary.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in F&B; leadership roles; international experience within luxury hotels or resorts is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing high‑quality F&B; venues.
- Italian speaking is a must, fluency in English; good knowledge of French will be beneficial.
- Ability to lead, support, and motivate the team during renovation.
- Strong guest service orientation.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Remarkable problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and budgeting.
