We are looking for an experiencedEUC Support / Field IT Support Engineerto provide onsite technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure.
The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user support, device configuration, installations, and maintaining IT assets at the site.
Key Responsibilities
ProvideLevel 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop supportto end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related todesktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and troubleshooting.
Install and configureWindows operating systems, applications, drivers, and security tools.
SupportMicrosoft 365 / Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications.
Perform user account, password, and access-related troubleshooting in coordination with the appropriate teams.
SupportActive Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy, and basic endpoint administration.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues includingLAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and IP configuration.
Perform device imaging, OS deployment, software installation, patching, and endpoint configuration.
Support endpoint management platforms such asSCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti, or similar tools.
Provide hands-and-feet support for network and infrastructure teams when required.
Assist withserver room / network room activities, including basic cable tracing, patching, labeling, and equipment validation.
Support IT projects such asdevice refresh, office moves,
hardware rollouts, migrations, and site deployments.
Coordinate with remote infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, assets, and activities in theITSM/ticketing system.
Follow definedSLA, ITIL, security, and operational procedures.
Prepare activity reports and provide regular status updates to the onsite/remote management team.
Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge ofWindows ***** desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Office / Microsoft 365.
Knowledge ofActive Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID).
Basic understanding ofLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Experience withdesktop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
Knowledge ofSCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti, or other endpoint management tools.
Experience withOS imaging, deployment, and software installation.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such asServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of network devices such asswitches, routers, access points, and firewallsis preferred.
Ability to perform onsitehardware replacement, cabling, asset validation, and equipment installation.
Note-Backfill Engineer - IT Support
Backfill requirement for an IT Support Engineer to ensure uninterrupted IT support and site operations.
The engineer will handle day-to-day user support, troubleshooting of hardware/software issues, network connectivity, system access, and other IT-related incidents.
