This is an opportunity to take a senior technical and leadership role within a rapidly growing international consultancy, at a pivotal moment in our Milan expansion.
Technical leadership on landmark projects
You’ll lead the design of electrical systems for large‑scale, mission‑critical data centre developments, working with major global clients and shaping robust, resilient power and distribution solutions.
Influence from concept to delivery
From electrical distribution topologies and UPS strategies to emergency lighting and detailed specifications, you’ll have ownership across all stages of design, ensuring solutions are technically excellent, compliant, and client‑focused.
Build and shape a growing team
As part of a newly established Milan office, you’ll play a key role in developing the local engineering team, mentoring others, and helping to define how the business grows in Italy.
Collaboration across Europe
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers across Europe and globally, gaining exposure to international best practice while remaining embedded in a supportive, collaborative environment.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Proven experience leading the electrical design of complex building services projects, ideally within the data centre sector
- Strong capability in electrical distribution topology design, emergency lighting systems and UPS solutions
- Experience acting as lead engineer and liaising directly with clients and external design teams
- Ability to manage and coordinate multi‑disciplinary design teams
- Registered Engineer in Italy, with strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards and regulations
