About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team and support the development of new customer projects.
The successful candidate will act as the key link between Sales, customers, and internal departments, managing projects from the initial customer brief through development, sample submission, validation, and final implementation. The role requires strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in evaluating and managing new customer briefs and project requests.
- Coordinate project activities from concept through development and implementation.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of samples, prototypes, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among all functions involved, including Sales, R&D;, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
- Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support product launch and industrialization activities when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Project Management, Customer Project Management, Product Development, or similar roles.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, packaging, consumer goods, or product development environments is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project planning and coordination principles.
