The Energy (EN) division is looking for Field Sales Engineer – Gasket Plate Heat Exchange (GPHE) and Welded Heat Exchenge (WHE), based in Monza

What about the job
The Candidate will develop and support Sales Business within the Energy Industries specifically on the GPHE & WHE products portfolio (Heat Exchangers).
He/she will be responsible for:
- Designing, Promoting, developing, and securing penetration of technologic sales and technological solution for the related applications
- Identifying technical solutions for ED Process for different customers segments focusing on System Builders, Contractors, OEMs, End-users
- Promoting, selling, and securing delivery of the GPHE & WHE portfolio
- Driving sales activity, visiting customers and Partners promoting technical/engineering/optimized solutions
- Supporting, coaching, and developing the sales partner organization in the field (Distributors and Agents)
- Be Available to travel per 50% of their time in Italy
What you know
Priority will be given to:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- Background of sales in “Mechanical or Thermal Equipment”
- B driving license
- 3-5 years previous work experience in Sales engineering components and solutions
- Good English language competency, verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The starting base salary for this role is 38.000€, CCNL METALWORKING.
