Role Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented GTM Specialist to manage product go-to-market plans across European markets, covering product roadmap planning, new product launches, pricing strategy, sales and profitability management, supply coordination, consumer marketing, and sample management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial awareness, product knowledge and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure the effective execution of product launch plans and drive sustainable growth business in the European consumer market. Key Responsibilities
• GTM & Product Management: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for products across European markets, including product selection, new product introduction, localization, launch scheduling and phase-out planning.
• Business Performance Management: Monitor key business indicators, including net sales revenue, sell-out, gross margin and market share; identify performance gaps and implement corresponding action plans.
• Pricing & Competitive Strategy: Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, competitor portfolios and pricing movements, and develop and adjust product pricing and promotional strategies accordingly.
• Sales Forecasting & Supply Coordination: Maintain sales forecasts and coordinate with supply and delivery teams on purchasing, inventory, days of supply and production plans to ensure on-time launches, stable product availability and healthy inventory levels.
• Marketing Management: Work with HQ,
regional and local teams to develop and execute product marketing plans, including campaign planning, marketing budget coordination, traffic investment and promotional activity management;
• Sample & Compliance Management: Manage the complete sample lifecycle, including sample requests, allocation, registration, delivery, lending, stocktaking, return and disposal, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
• Reporting & Business Review: Prepare regular business reports, market and competitive analyses, product performance reviews, sales forecasts and action plans, providing clear recommendations based on data and market insights.
Requirements
• Experience in GTM, product management, sales operations, marketing or a related field.
• Experience in consumer electronics, telecommunications, networking products or IoT products; experience with routers or 2C online is preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret sales, pricing, profitability, inventory and customer experience data.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple products, markets and projects simultaneously.
• Consumer-oriented mindset and the ability to translate complex technical features into clear and compelling consumer benefits.
• Target-oriented, structured and proactive working style, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Chinese is strongly preferred, while Spanish or another major European language is considered an advantage.
