/ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppThe role will provide dedicated legal support to the Group's MA transactions and international projects, ensuring robust compliance with laws and internal policies.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Activities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliSupporting the drafting of documentation related to extraordinary transactions, including share acquisitions and disposals, business unit sales and leases, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and shareholder agreements, in both Italian and English.
/liliAssisting in the management of pre- and post-closing activities, including the preparation of closing agendas and monitoring of conditions precedent.
/liliSupporting the coordination of multidisciplinary and international teams involved in complex transactions.
/liliAssisting in the drafting of corporate documentation.
/liliSupporting the management of relationships among shareholders and monitoring obligations arising from shareholder agreements.
/liliConducting legal research and analysis on issues related to current and strategic business initiatives.
/liliMonitoring international legal developments relevant to the Group's activities.
/liliSupporting the management of relationships with external legal advisors and consultants, coordinating their activities when required.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications: /strong /ppbr / /pulliDegree in Law.
/liliPrevious academic or internship experience within law firms or corporate legal departments will be considered a plus.
/liliExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.
/liliInterest in corporate, MA, finance.
/liliStrong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
/liliAbility to work effectively in dynamic and international environments.
/liliGood interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
/liliInterest in corporate governance and legal compliance matters.
