For more information, please visit . /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipDefine and govern QA processes, methodologies, standards, and testing strategies across all product streams. /p /li lipLead and coordinate QA activities, resources, and priorities to support delivery objectives. /p /li lipParticipate in Product Owner refinement sessions to ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business needs. /p /li lipDefine and maintain test cases, automation standards, and no-regression test plans for all changes. /p /li lipReview automated test suites to ensure quality, reliability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. /p /li lipMonitor testing progress, resolve blockers, and coordinate issue resolution with Product, Development, DevOps, Operations, and third-party providers. /p /li lipVerify release readiness and provide formal QA sign-off for product releases and deployments. /p /li lipDefine, monitor, and report QA KPIs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. /p /li lipMaintain and monitor team capacity plan, recommend changes to align to business demand. /p /li lipPeople management responsibilities for QA team. /p /li lipEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory, certification, audit, and quality requirements. /p /li /ul h3Working Model /h3 ul lipHybrid working model in accordance with company policy. /p /li lipAvailability to support distributed teams across Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom and to attend on site meetings when required. /p /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul lipBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline. /p /li lipISTQB, Agile Testing, Scrum, SAFe,



or equivalent certifications are desirable. /p /li /ul h3Professional Experience / Seniority /h3 ul lipMinimum 8 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering. /p /li lipMinimum 3 years of experience leading QA teams or QA workstreams. /p /li lipProven experience defining and implementing automated testing strategies and quality improvement initiatives. /p /li lipExperience supporting complex, business-critical software platforms in Agile environments. /p /li lipDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and deliver results through collaboration and influence. /p /li lipProven track record of managing stakeholders, resolving delivery challenges, and supporting successful release outcomes. /p /li lipPrevious experience in Gaming, Lottery, or other regulated industries is highly desirable. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. /p /li lipDeep knowledge of Software Quality Assurance methodologies and Quality Engineering practices. /p /li lipExperience as people manager. /p /li lipProven experience with test automation frameworks, strategies, and best practices. /p /li lipStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies. /p /li lipExperience with SaaS platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and microservice architectures. /p /li lipStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. /p /li lipAbility to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. /p /li lipProactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /p /li lipExperience with release management, defect management, and quality governance processes. /p /li lipKnowledge of Gaming, Lottery, FinTech, or other regulated environments is considered an advantage. /p /li /ul h3Success Profile /h3 ul lipLeading Complexity /p /li lipLeading People /p /li lipLeading the Business /p /li lipLeading Self /p /li /ul p#LI-JB1 #LI-Hybrid /p pThis information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication.



Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is €52.000– €59.500. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. /p pIn addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based premio with a set target (15% of salary) aligned with individual and company performance.
