To strengthen its internal structure, the group seeks for VERSYA, a SYS-DAT Group company, based in Carpi.PositionBusiness ConsultantResponsibilitiesSpecialist Consulting: Providing second-level application consulting to solve problems and optimize customer business processes through the use of ERP software.Requirements Analysis: Collect and analyze customer requirements to understand the needs and define the most appropriate solutions.Anomaly Management: Take charge of and manage reports of software anomalies, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.User Training: Organize and hold training sessions for customers on the use of newly implemented modules or features.Functional Testing: Perform extensive testing to validate developed solutions and ensure that they meet customer requirements.Drafting Documentation:
Write clear and detailed functional documents describing the analysis performed and the proposed solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent degree and/or knowledge of key business processes (accounting/administrative processes in particular)Strong aptitude for problem solvingOnline customer management skillsAptitude for teamworkType of offerEconomic remuneration defined on the basis of the candidate's actual skills and competencies.Opportunities for personal growth and continuing education in a challenging and dynamic environment.Mode: HybridHow to applyApplications are evaluated in line with the profile.
