pEnvolve Consulting, an indipendent company active in management search, selections an Application Engineer for an international company operating in plastic sector.
/ppbr / /ppMain tasks and responsibilities: /ppbr / /pp - Provide deep technical engineering expertise to internal resources and customers from product specification, design, installation, replacement/repair and problem resolution resulting in best-in-class customer experience within assigned Industry Segment(s).
/pp - Train, support and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care Operations and Marketing in identifying customer needs and innovative solutions fulfilling technical and application related specifications considering sustainable total cost of ownership /pp - Support the CC team on in order loading and in particular, configuring the non-standard orders /pp - Attain and maintain deep industry knowledge of belting/conveying solutions, products services and customer applications in assigned industry segments(s) /pp - Support and provide application engineering training for internal resources and customers /pp - Leverage all available systems (CRM, ERP, Intranet, etc.) to capture, track and manage customer issues,
commercial activities and problem resolution /pp - Maintain knowledge of internal products, services, updates and stay informed about competing products and services /pp - Work with Operations (fabrication assembly) to identify and resolve any customer related challenges and/or sales opportunities /ppbr / /ppEducation and experience: /ppbr / /pp - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering of plastic materials or equivalent /pp - Minimum experience in an after-sales service or technical assistance /ppbr / /ppPlace of work: Cordignano (TV) /ppbr / /ppSmart working: 20% /ppbr / /ppSalary Range: *****K /ppbr / /ppI CV ricevuti potranno essere comunicati all'azienda nostra cliente o ad altre che ne facciano richiesta per valutare un'eventuale assunzione.
