Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking an Operations Start-Up Leader to drive vertical start-up and sustained performance for a greenfield manufacturing site in Mantova. You will lead the start-up phase, coordinating design constraints, permits, staffing, and training to ensure timely certifications and a smooth handover to operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of production leadership (production manager or line supervisor) and 3–5 years as a pillar leader (AM/PM).
