environmental responsibility and workplace safety.If you're looking for a place where your skills can make a difference and your ambitions can truly take shape, you might be the right fit for our team.This position is open to all qualified individuals regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religious belief, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.Candidates with disabilities interested in this position are encouraged to contact the HR department to receive any necessary information in an accessible format and to request reasonable accommodations for interviews or any stage of the selection process.Purpose of the JobPerform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, provide support to managers and supervisors, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.Main AccountabilitiesProvide administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the Site; organize and schedule appointments; plan meetings and take detailed minutes; answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls; write and distribute emails (certified emails included), correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms; write and translate letters, news and communications; open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence; check and reconcile employees expense reports; manage residual companypayments; manage mandatory surveys (ISTAT); manage administrative archive; support the Site in preparing, managing and filing training registers; statutory activities support to site managerAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients; receive and direct visitors, providing them general support; provide information by answering questions and requestsSupport SLT by performing tasks related to organization, strong communication and CSRMake travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservationsEnsure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques; maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,
