A new edition of Mediobanca Wealth Management Talent Program, in partnership with desmo®, is about to begin for top – quality young graduates Italian and International Universities.
Mediobanca Private Banking & Mediobanca Premier, offer a one-year internship starting in January 2027, to build a solid career in the Financial Industry.
By participating, you will have the opportunity to take part in a structured career development pathway combining specialized training and comprehensive job rotations.
Who is the ideal profile?
- Talented recent graduates in Economics or STEM subjects who are keen to embrace the world of Wealth Management and develop a career in this fast-paced, challenging industry.
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).

- Specialized training & certification: access to a highly specialized training program – AIPB Master’s course or CFA exam preparation – designed to help you gain key technical skills and certifications.
- Job rotation: international job rotations across Private Banking, Retail Banking, Asset Management (Italy & Monte Carlo), Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, and Corporate & Investment Banking.
