You will play a key role in translating Danone's commercial strategy into sustainable growth plans while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.brYour responsibilities will includebrulliOwn the end-to-end performance of a portfolio of strategic eCommerce customers, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
/liliBuild strong customer relationships and become a trusted business partner for key stakeholders.
/liliDefine and execute customer growth strategies, Joint Business Plans and annual commercial agreements.
/liliIdentify and unlock new business opportunities to accelerate Danone's digital growth.
/liliLead commercial negotiations and manage customer investments, ensuring a profitable and sustainable return.
/liliManage assortment, product launches, pricing, promotional planning and commercial activations.
/liliEnsure flawless execution of promotional and commercial plans.
/liliLeverage sell-in, sell-out and digital analytics to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.
/liliTransform data and insights into actionable recommendations, influencing both customer strategy and internal decision-making.
/liliLead cross-functional collaboration across Sales,
Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Revenue Growth Management and Digital teams to deliver best-in-class execution.
/liliContribute to the execution of Danone's eCommerce strategy in partnership with the eCommerce Activation team.
/liliParticipate in local and international projects, workshops and business reviews, fostering continuous improvement and sharing best practices.br/li /ulAbout youbrTo be successful in this role, we believe you bringbrulliMaster's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
/lili3-5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or eCommerce.
