ppWithin the Public Sector Business Unit and, specifically, the EngBelgium ITALIA - EC Technical Directorate , we are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality technical proposals within the scope of framework contracts and public tenders, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and interfacing with European Institutions and Agencies.
/ph3What will your activities and responsibilities be?
/h3ulliAnalyse EU tenders (Fixed Price and Time Material), assessing their technical requirements, selection criteria, references and required professional profiles.
/liliCoordinate and contribute to the drafting of Technical Offers, ensuring their quality, consistency and compliance with tender requirements.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams across the Engineering Group to gather materials in support of proposals (project references, CVs, technical solutions, effort estimates).
/liliManage interactions with partners, subcontractors and internal and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
/liliMonitor tender publication portals to identify opportunities aligned with the company's strategic positioning.
/liliSupport, where required, the formulation of supplementary and upselling offers on already awarded projects, in coordination with the sales function.
/li /ulh3Required qualifications and skills: /h3ulliDegree in a STEM field (preferred).
/liliExcellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2/C1).
/liliStrong analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail in drafting technical documentation.
/liliExcellent communication,
interpersonal and negotiation skills.
/liliA proactive attitude, results orientation and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
/liliA disposition for teamwork and the management of numerous stakeholders.
/liliExperience in tender and bidding processes is considered a plus, but not essential.
/li /ulh3Preferred qualifications: /h3ulliKnowledge of French or other European languages.
/liliExperience with framework contracts at national and/or European level.
/liliExperience with European Commission programmes and the procurement dynamics of Public Institutions and EU Agencies.
/liliCertifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) and/or Service Management (e.g. ITIL).
