-- Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Human Resources Department of BU Cheese . The resource, supporting the HR Business Partner, will be responsible for the following activities: Manage the selection and onboarding process for operational plant personnel, also through managing relationships with temporary employment agencies; Analyze training needs and organize courses related to personnel training; Support in the correct application of regulations and the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL); Monitor and develop HR KPI reporting; Support the HR Business Partner by facilitating the flow of information between the company and employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS Degree in humanities or economics; Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; Good knowledge of the English language; French will be considered a plus; Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational skills; Curiosity and precision; Team working and problem solving; Strong results orientation and proactivity. KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION Internship duration: 6 months; Internship location: Casale Cremasco (CR); Monthly allowance of €800 and access to the company canteen.
