The Role
As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and members, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless wellness experience from arrival to departure.
You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Spa, managing reservations, guest requests, and administrative activities while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and members in a professional, warm, and personalized manner.
Manage Spa reservations and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal guest satisfaction.
Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about Spa treatments, services, facilities, and products.
Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, questions, and concerns with a proactive approach.
Support the Spa team in daily operational activities.
Ensure reception and guest areas are always organized, welcoming, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Perform administrative duties, including filing, reporting, and record management.
Promote Spa services and contribute to revenue opportunities through personalized recommendations.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, spa, wellness center, or customer-facing environment is preferred.
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness Management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Fluent Italian and good command of English are required.
Additional languages will be considered a plus.
