/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist the Medical Director in patient management.
/li liSelect the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
/li liPrecribe appropriate therapies while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
/li liHandle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers to other healthcare facilities.
/li liCollaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
/li liConduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the facility, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
/li liPerform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health-related formalities.
/li liPrepare, maintain, and update medical records and records specific to each patient under care.
