Legal Counsel

What you will do
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Draft and review a broad range of legal documents and commercial contracts, supporting both business operations and corporate functions across the organization.
- Assist internal stakeholders in the negotiation and implementation of contracts,
helping ensure alignment with business objectives while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial, consumer and contractual law, as well as regulatory and product compliance issues.
- Support the management of pre-litigation matters, disputes and claims, including liaising with external counsel where needed and helping coordinate the collection of relevant documentation and internal inputs.
- Contribute to the legal support of key business projects and cross-functional initiatives involving HQ, Product Lines and Markets across the region.
- Work closely with senior members of the Legal Team on strategic matters and more complex legal issues, while progressively building autonomy in the management of recurring legal workstreams.
