This Position Reports To
IS Service Owner
In this role, you will drive excellence across ABB Robotics’ digital communication landscape, managing our corporate website, CMS platform, and communication tools to deliver seamless digital experiences.
You will own the full lifecycle of our digital communication platforms — from governance and roadmap planning to SLA management and continuous improvement — ensuring our capabilities stay aligned with evolving business needs.
A primary point of accountability for service delivery, you will connect with business stakeholders, internal IS teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth and effective platform operations. This is a global leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on operational focus, and the ability to lead and develop diverse teams across multiple locations
The work model for the role is hybrid.
This is a global role; the preferred locations are Poland, Czech Republic, France, Portugal, Italy or India.
