This role involves providing specialized care to patients with cancer or blood disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires expertise in oncology and hematology to deliver evidence-based treatment plans. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Assess and diagnose patients with oncology and hematology conditions using clinical guidelines. /pp• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for cancer and blood disorder patients. /pp• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment as needed based on clinical outcomes. /pp• Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. /pp• Document patient encounters, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records. /ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications:
