PSmartedge Client is looking for an individual to help with their bBlue Yonder SME @ 100 % Remote Working /b /ppbr/ppbJob Description : /b /ppbr/pulliPosition involves a role that is responsible for implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management with good knowledge on Blue Yonder Warehouse Management. /liliThese include independently handling the implementation and provide solution to technical/functional issues. /liliShould have good knowledge in the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management. /liliShould have hands on experience with installing and configuring the product and understand the interactions within various modules. /liliShould have implementation experience Blue Yonder Warehouse Management with at least one or two full cycle implementation experience. /liliIt is preferable if the candidate has previous experience of working in any of the cloud technologies and should be familiar with the basic network terminologies. /liliShould have experience in reviewing the integration design and suggest best practices. /liliShould work as a liaison between Consulting,
Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during onboarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates It is mandatory to have good knowledge of SQL Server concepts and administration. /liliCandidate should be able to review an existing application set up and perform an assessment for suitability to upgrade. /liliUnderstands how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes. /liliShould have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. /liliKnowledge of any defect management tool will be an added advantage. /liliEnsures quantity and quality content in the Knowledgebase. /liliShould be able to drive a KT and Transition plan effectively. /liliIt will be an added advantage to have a candidate with knowledge of incident, problem, and change management process. /liliResponsible for incident resolution for specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency Drive Service Improvement Plans and ensuring the Incident Management process is performed as designed /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppIf this sounds like a role you would be interested in or if you know someone in this field. /ppbr/ppConnect with me or email me at /ppbr/ppAlternatively, you can call me on Tel: +44(0) . /p
