Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer engagement, clienteling activities, and purchasing behaviors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Monitor clienteling performance through dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting analyses to drive personalized engagement strategies.Evaluate the effectiveness of clienteling initiatives and provide recommendations based on data insights.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer data used for clienteling analysis.Manage and monitor customer assignment and portfolio management processes.Support the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards related to clienteling and customer engagement performance.Contribute to the identification of opportunities to improve clienteling processes, customer journeys, and engagement effectiveness.Support CRM and clienteling data integration activities to ensure data availability and reporting accuracy.Prepare presentations and ad hoc analyses for management and key stakeholders.Conduct ad hoc analyses on client base evolution, VIC performance, acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives.Translate complex customer data into actionable business recommendations.Collaborate with other departments as Retail, Merchandising and Regional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.RequirementsExperience3-4 years of experience in CRM Analytics,
Customer Analytics, Clienteling Analytics or related analytical roles.Previous experience within Fashion, Luxury, Retail companies is preferred.Technical SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar.Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer databases.Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis is considered a strong plus.Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based analytics environments is highly preferred.Basic knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data ecosystems is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect data and commercial performance.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive attitude and problem-solving approach.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.What We OfferApplicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Tessile IndustriaCategory: EmployeeIndicative starting compensation: €40,000Annual bonus opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreementBenefits: in addition to those provided under the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement and by law, employees are eligible for further benefits and initiatives in accordance with Company policies, including lavoro da remoto arrangements, meal vouchers, and private health insurance.The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
