ppbLocation /b Multi-site responsibility supporting Fox (Opera, MI) and another Italian operation. We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Italy, including recently acquired businesses and future acquisitions. /ppIn this role, you will serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations teams, and business leaders to deliver high-quality HR services while helping foster an engaging, compliant, and high-performing work environment. /ppThis position offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing manufacturing organization. /ph3What You Will Do /h3pYou will act as the primary HR contact for assigned employee populations, delivering support across a wide range of HR processes and initiatives. /ph3Employee Lifecycle Management /h3ulliManage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment through offboarding. /liliSupport recruitment activities, including job requisition creation, candidate management, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. /liliPartner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance on hiring practices and compliance requirements. /liliCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and accurate HR documentation. /liliManage employee changes, including promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and organizational updates. /liliMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems. /li /ulh3Employee and Manager Support /h3ulliServe as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters. /liliProvide guidance on company policies, employee relations issues, attendance management,



and employment practices. /liliSupport managers in handling people-related matters while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company procedures. /liliPromote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. /li /ulh3HR Operations and Payroll Support /h3ulliSupport monthly payroll activities by collecting and validating employee data. /liliMonitor attendance and absence information and provide support on related employee and manager inquiries. /liliEnsure the accuracy of employee, payroll, and organizational data within HR systems. /liliSupport benefits administration and collaborate closely with Payroll and HR Operations teams. /li /ulh3HR Programs and Business Support /h3ulliSupport annual HR processes including salary reviews, performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs. /liliCollaborate with Finance on workforce planning and labor cost forecasting activities. /liliParticipate in organizational initiatives, integration activities, and projects supporting acquisitions and business growth. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. /lili2-5 years of experience in Human Resources within an international organization. /liliExperience supporting multiple HR disciplines across the employee lifecycle. /liliGood knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies,
