We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded legal leader to join Concentrix as a senior member of our global legal team. This is a strategic role for an accomplished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and client-centric environment, and who can balance strong legal judgment with practical business solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, bringing a deep understanding of commercial transactions,
risk management, regulatory considerations, and global business operations. This role requires an individual who can confidently navigate high-value, complex commercial negotiations while building strong partnerships across the organization.
You will be expected to provide pragmatic guidance that enables business growth, protects the company's interests, and supports our continued transformation as a technology-enabled global services leader. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes at the executive level.
Responsibilities
Works closely with the business and other stakeholders to provide strategic legal advice using broad expertise or unique knowledge, oversee contract negotiations and manage external counsel Key role in mentoring mid-level counsel and junior team members; aligning legal principles and s
