/b /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for an Account Payable professional to join the Finance team.
/p pThe role will be responsible for managing the purchase-to-pay cycle, ensuring the accurate recording and posting of supplier invoices.
/p h3Key Responsibilitie /h3 ul liControl of invoices,
bills and other bookkeeping documents before posting ; /li liVendor invoices management (services, stock, asset) and their Posting following Accountancy Law, VAT Law, Incorporate Tax Law, Personnel Tax Law and other regulations regarding above Laws together with the compliance of the internal Ptp procedure; /li liManaging Electronic Invoice Dashboard (invoices coming from Italian suppliers); /li liSupporting, if necessary, FI Payment (proposal + execution) for all procurement invoices; /li liSupport to the FA team for activities of Vendor Reporting , INTRA declaration.
/li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liHigh school diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance; /li liAt least 5 years of experience within international group environments; /li liKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; /li liAttention to detail with a hands?on approach; /li liProactive, solution?oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities; /li liAbility to operate in a fast?paced, international environment.
