Xylem is seeking a Business Developer Vertical Markets who combines the division portfolio promotion, by searching and developing different verticals with a strong capacity to effectively conduct market analysis to enhance business growth targets. Success in this role requires creative problem-solving, adaptability and strong collaboration across teams. Ensure that the best Technical/Market Price is delivered to our customers. Drive new product launches within a specific market alongside Marketing dept.
Accountable to identify strategic product pricing. Maintain accurate data and leverage insights to identify opportunities and build actionable plans against KPIs. Strong partnership with internal stakeholders to identify indirect specific sales channels. Conduct deep market study and analysis to serve new or growing vertical markets. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales process.
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable vertical markets growth. Strong collaboration with the local salesforce to ensure the achievement of the business growth defined by the segment strategy. Ensure higher win rate, making post-mortem analysis on lost cases with sales.
Manage priority among customers with a hunter mindset and proactive approach to effectively ensuring the best quotations and offer follow ups. Identify possible partnership with Thir
