ppOur client is a leading international company operating in the Mobility Services industry. /p pWe are looking for a bData Reporting Specialist - Mobility Services /b to join the HQ Services Insurance Business Unit. /p pThe role will be responsible for collecting, integrating and structuring data from multiple sources to provide reliable and actionable insights supporting the monitoring of commercial, operational and financial performance. /p pWorking closely with international teams across Services Insurance, Finance and Marketing, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making processes by enhancing data accessibility, automation and reporting capabilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, collect and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources. /li liEnsure data quality, consistency and reliability across different systems and databases. /li liDesign and implement automated data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes. /li liDevelop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards and analytical tools. /li liSupport business stakeholders by providing structured datasets and meaningful performance insights.
/li liCollaborate with IT and business teams to improve data availability and governance. /li liAnalyse existing data management practices and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. /li liTranslate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExcellent analytical skills /li liKnowledge of basic ICT tools and advanced data analysis tools (e.g. Qlik, PowerBI, SQL) /li liExperience of ETL processes /li liAbility to openly and positively interact with various teams (HQ, countries) and to work in an international setting (excellent English a must, French a plus) /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment /li liPrevious experience within the automotive, mobility, fleet management, leasing or rental sectors. /li liFamiliarity with SAP and other business management systems. /li /ul pThis position is based in Rome. /p pThe compensation package includes a gross annual salary in the range of € 45,000 to € 48,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
