/ppSuch talent is responsible for the full product development lifecycle and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, profitability targets, and execution timelines.
/ppbr / /ppIn particular, your main areas of responsibility will be: /ppbr / /pulliLead the end-to-end process of product launches, from the initial ideation phase to execution — including the definition of the product concept, development of mood boards to guide visual and storytelling direction, coordination with RD and packaging teams, and alignment with brand positioning and market trends.
/liliAnalysis of trends, competition and identification of new consumer insights /liliMonitoring and analysis of sales performance post-launch, with follow-up activities to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions in collaboration with marketing, trade, and retail teams /liliPartner with the Brand Communication team to align on product positioning and narrative,
ensuring consistency with the brand identity /liliWork in synergy with the other company functions involved in brand development: Marketing, Brand Communication, PR, Training, Digital, Supply and Finance /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat you will need to succeed /strong /pulliDegree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Business Management /lili4+ years' experience in a similar role for a multinational company /liliGood knowledge of Excel and Power Point /liliFluent in English /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWe would love if you had /strong /pulliExperience working in a fast-paced environment /liliExcellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organization /liliStrong organisational skills with an ability to re- prioritise as required to meet deadlines /liliStrong problem-solving skills detail-oriented /liliAbility to multi-task and be action oriented; exercise independent judgement and decision-making /liliAbility to manage change /liliStrong mediation and collaboration skills to align global brand strategy with local market needs /li /ulpbr / /ppKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Possibilità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
