Since 2018, bAgap2 Italia /b has been operating across the Italian market in the following sectors: Energy, OilGas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Construction. /ppbr/ppbABOUT THE ROLE – Construction Project Manager /b /ppWe are looking for a bConstruction Project Manager /b with proven experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities within EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the EPC Contractor’s execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedule, HSE and quality requirements, while protecting the Client’s interests from a PMS perspective. /ppbr/ppbWork location: /b /ppMilan /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities: /b /pulliMonitor and oversee the EPC Contractor’s construction execution plan, method statements and work packs. /liliEnsure construction activities are aligned with the approved project schedule and milestones. /liliSupport constructability reviews during design and engineering phases. /liliMonitor construction progress, identify delays and deviations, and propose corrective and recovery actions. /liliEnsure compliance with project HSE procedures, international standards and applicable regulations. /liliMonitor field safety performance and participate in safety walks and audits. /liliOversee the implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). /liliReview NCRs, corrective actions and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and applicable codes.
/liliCoordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams. /liliManage interfaces between onshore/offshore activities, subcontractors, vendors and third parties. /liliMonitor contractual compliance, scope changes and variation orders, providing construction input for claims and contractual correspondence. /liliReview EPC Contractor daily and weekly progress reports and prepare PMS reporting for the Client. /liliEnsure construction records, red-marked drawings and as-built documentation are properly updated and submitted. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. /liliProven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within EPC projects. /liliProven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities, including civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. /liliStrong knowledge of construction management, project execution and contractor management. /liliExcellent knowledge of international codes, standards and construction practices. /liliGood understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements within EPC projects. /liliExperience in schedule,
progress and change management. /liliStrong coordination and interface management skills. /liliGood knowledge of technical documentation and construction reporting. /liliGood command of the English language. /liliAvailability to work on site and, where required, to interface with offshore activities. /li /ulpbr/ppThe salary for this role ranges from b€40.000 to €60.000 /b /ppThe position is governed by the bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector /b applied by our company. /ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. /ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval. /ppbr/ppbThe world needs you /b /ppAGAP2 is an equal opportunities employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
