Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world. /ph3ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB /h3pAs Production Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards. /ppMain responsibilities: /pulliManagement of the efficiency and OEE KPIs /liliProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels; /liliManagement of quality KPIs /liliKnowledge and application of delegation mechanism. /liliResponsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
/liliCritical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…); /liliAdvanced knowledge of work cycles and methods /liliContribution to the definition of the surface treatment’s area budget /liliKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences. /liliKnowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk. /li /ulh3PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE /h3ulliYou have aMaster Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering /liliYou have at least 5-7years ofexperience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager,Unit Manager or similar roles /liliKnowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes /liliProject Management and Lean Production /liliKnowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit /liliIT numerical Skills /liliReporting /liliYou are capable to work on several tasks simultaneously /liliYou have strong PeopleManagement skills /liliYou are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change /liliYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously /li /ulpProvider /ppSAP as service provider /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
