JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Retail Training Internto support the HQ Department in implementing and monitoring Retail Training Projects worldwide. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the elevation of client experience and the development of Store Staff skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects and Content
: support the department in deploying and implementing content across various touchpoints, assisting with vendor coordination, and maintaining the training library.
Digital Platforms
: assist in managing the editorial calendar, uploading content, providing feedback and contributing to enhancing the user experience across markets.
Tracking & Monitoring
: monitor training results, provide actionable insights, identify trends to support the business and support in maintaining trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology,
or a related field.
Previous internship in retail, luxury, hospitality or technology is a plus.
Tech?Savvy: confident in using digital tools and open to learning new platforms.
Strong Communication Skills.
Organizational and Project Management skills.
Team Player, creative, solution?focused, innovative thinker.
Analytical: enjoy working with data, analyzing trends, improving processes, and simplifying insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
