Act as the primary IT partner to site leadership, ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT strategy, effective service delivery, and sustained compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd-to-end accountability: own end-to-end IT delivery and operations for assigned site(s), including quality, risk, compliance, business continuity (resilience, incident response and crisis management), cost control, and performance. /li liBusiness partnership: act as IT Business Partner to the Site Director and Site Leadership Team, representing IT in site governance and tiered accountability forums. /li liDigital strategy and roadmap: define, maintain, and deliver a site IT roadmap aligned with site priorities, QSCP strategy, enterprise standards, and cybersecurity requirements. /li liBusiness value: translate site requirements into clear demand for central IT, influencing prioritisation, investment decisions, and delivery plans. /li liLeveraging shared services: partner with IT Shared Services and external providers to ensure services (local and global) meet site needs, agreed SLAs, cybersecurity controls,
business continuity/disaster recovery requirements, and regulatory expectations. /li liTeam leadership: line-manage the site IT team, building capability through coaching, performance management, and targeted development. /li liCosts and investments: manage site IT operating and capital expenditure in line with approved budgets and governance models. /li liSeamless local/central integration: drive adoption of strategic global platforms and target architecture, while governing the boundary between local infrastructure/local components and global solutions to reduce complexity and ensure secure, compliant integration. /li liInspection readiness: ensure IT inspection readiness and represent the site during audits and inspections. /li liCompliance: lead by example in EHS, quality and other compliance, ensuring incidents, deviations, and CAPAs are managed appropriately. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liAssociate's degree in computer science or related discipline. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liProven people management experience; /li liMinimum five years in IT/digital; /li liExperience in regulated manufacturing and OT; /li liStrong stakeholder engagement; /li liSolid analytical and project management skills. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liUnderstanding of enterprise IT systems (e.g. SAP); /li liStrong business acumen, cGMP and regulatory knowledge; /li liAbility to operate in matrix environments; /li liFluent in Italian and English; /li liProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. /li /ul pEUR 69.446,00 - EUR 95.488,80 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
