We are seeking an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our Osnago manufacturing site — a strategically important facility producing high‑value medical devices, inhalation systems, and healthcare packaging for highly regulated markets.
This role has full accountability for site performance , combining safety, quality, operational excellence, people leadership, and financial delivery. You will lead a large, complex operation running 7 days a week, while shaping the site’s long‑term competitiveness, innovation capability, and sustainability performance within Amcor’s European operations.
Reporting to the HBW Europe Operations Director , you will play a critical role in strengthening customer trust, driving transformation, and supporting Amcor’s growth strategy in medical and pharmaceutical markets.
