You will own the evolution of the CPQ platform, connecting Sales, Engineering and IT to optimize configuration, pricing and quoting processes. Main activities Define and drive the CPQ product vision , roadmap and development priorities; Manage and prioritize the product backlog , translating business requirements into functional solutions; Act as the key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Pricing, Operations and IT teams; Improve quote-to-cash processes , increasing efficiency and reducing configuration and pricing errors; Lead workshops and requirement-gathering activities with internal stakeholders; Oversee testing, release management and user adoption of new CPQ features; Manage two internal technical CPQ resources in a remote setup; Act as the internal CPQ subject matter expert, promoting best practices and continuous improvement . Requirements Must have Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Systems Lead in a CPQ or related environment ; Strong knowledge of Configure–Price–Quote processes ,
product configuration logic and quote-to-cash workflows; Professional proficiency in both English and Italian . Nice to have Experience with CPQ platforms such as Configure One, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ or similar; Experience in manufacturing, industrial products or mechanical engineering environments; Familiarity with CRM, ERP and pricing system integrations; Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and backlog management. One day of lavoro da remoto per week. Salary range Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €45,000 – €60,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
