You will assess risks related to child exploitation and abuse, develop safeguarding protocols, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement protective measures for vulnerable populations. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to adolescent and child safety within operational contexts. /pp• Develop and update safeguarding policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and best practices. /pp• Provide training and guidance to staff on recognizing signs of exploitation, abuse, and grooming behaviors. /pp• Investigate reported incidents of child exploitation or abuse, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. /pp• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including law enforcement and child protection agencies, to address systemic risks. /ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• Experience in child protection, safeguarding,
