ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA Opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental. Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. ABOUT THE JOB As part of this role, he/she will be responsible for: Welcoming, informing, and directing guests.
Handling reservation requests by phone and email. Organizing the seating plan according to service flow and guest volume. Ensuring an excellent guest experience. ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a similar role. Excellent presentation, dynamic and motivated. Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to listen attentively to guests' needs. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You communicate easily in Italian (knowledge of English is a plus).
