Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will be trusted to steer projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring high-quality service and identifying opportunities to expand our value within the client's ecosystem. This position is ideal for a professional looking to grow further in project management within a global enterprise environment. /p h3About this role: /h3 pThe Service Delivery Manager will act as the primary client-facing delivery lead across utility customers, and the offshore delivery organization. The role will be accountable for service excellence across AMS and system integration engagements, including SLA governance, operational reporting, transition management, customer satisfaction, risk management, and continuous improvement across utilities applications. /p h3Core Responsibilities: /h3 h3Client Service Governance /h3 ul liServe as the primary point of contact for Client stakeholders and utility customer representatives. /li liLead weekly operational reviews and monthly service governance forums. /li liManage escalations, critical incident reviews, and customer satisfaction actions. /li liDrive continuous improvement across service delivery, reporting, and governance practices. /li /ul h3Service Management /h3 ul liOwn end-to-end AMS service delivery performance across agreed scope and service commitments. /li liGovern SLA and KPI achievement,



ensuring timely reporting and corrective action tracking. /li liMonitor incident, backlog, problem, and change trends to identify operational risks early. /li liMaintain risk, issue, dependency, and service improvement logs with clear ownership. /li /ul h3Delivery Leadership /h3 ul liCoordinate offshore AMS teams to ensure predictable delivery, knowledge continuity, and adherence to service processes. /li liManage subcontractors and local partners in alignment with contractual obligations and delivery governance. /li liSupport transition, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and service stabilization activities. /li /ul h3Commercial Governance /h3 ul liSupport demand forecasting, capacity planning, and consumption tracking /li liGovern service requests from intake through estimation, approval, delivery, and closure. /li liReview service consumption and capacity trends to support proactive commercial and operational decisions. /li /ul h3Domain /h3 ul liSmart Metering and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). /li liHead End Systems and meter data integration landscape. /li liUtility operations, distribution utilities, and field-to-back-office service processes. /li liAMS operating models for utility technology platforms.
