/liliDrive business growth in the Italian bakery ingredients market through commercial and technical development activities; br / /liliIdentify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions in collaboration with commercial and technical teams; br / /liliDevelop strong relationships with key industrial customers and relevant internal stakeholders at local and EMEA level; br / /liliContribute to the country technology roadmap and support the implementation of innovation and application projects. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we are looking for /strong /pulliSolid track record in business development, preferably within the bakery ingredients or food ingredients sector; br / /liliStrong commercial acumen and customer orientation; br / /liliGood understanding of financial drivers and sound business awareness; br / /liliStrategic mindset, with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities; br / /liliStrong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; br / /liliSolid understanding of bakery formulas, baking ingredients and related manufacturing processes and equipment; br / /liliWorking knowledge of enzymes; br / /liliKnowledge and experience in flours, improver systems, preservation systems, sourdough and frozen technology. /li /ulpbr / /ppSalary range: 60.000€ - 80.000€ /ppbr / /p
