We deliver creative, production, logistics, communication, and transport.We are looking for an experienced and meticulously organised Travelling Personal Chef to join our team.NOTE: This position is offered on a self-employed contractor basis, meaning successful candidates will operate as independent contractors, invoicing us for services rendered, rather than being employees on our company payroll. As the role is fully remote, you will be able to be self-employed wherever you reside.Requirements will include:A minimum of three years' experience as a chef, ideally within a yachting, private household, or high-frequency travel environment.European passport holder.Previous experience in a traveling role would be an advantageConfident in preparing a wide range of international cuisines,
with a specialist focus on Asian flavours.Advanced organisational skills and the ability to think on your feetBe food safety orientedBe confident managing high-budget operationsExcellent team managementExcellent English verbal and written communication skills. xysqume Offer professional practical aid in emergencies and be a source of reassurement for the teamAbility to manage the taxing emotions on tour and provide practical and emotional support to the kitchen teamThe capability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds with ease.Responsibilities will include:Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, to include but not limited to staff scheduling, stock management, budgeting and team managementPrepare and cook dishes ensuring all dietary requirements and preferences are metCreate menus and present them to the PrincipalMotivate, train and coach the kitchen teamEnsure that Principal and guest's satisfaction is exceeded by responding to requests and providing exceptional serviceResponsible for lists of produce to be sourced taking into account challenges presented by different worldwide locationsManage the kitchen finances to ensure spendings are within the budget and wastage is minimisedCollaborate with a Tour Manager to plan moves to next destination and special eventsWork closely with Personal Assistants, Service Team and other traveling household staffIf you are interested in the position please send a cover letter and CV to
