Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Corporate & Fund Services Specialist to support fund operations, investor administration, governance, reporting oversight and service provider coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include:

- Supporting capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and investor onboarding/KYC.
- Maintaining investor records, fund registers and governance documentation.
- Coordinating board materials, filings and corporate administration processes.
- Managing relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers, legal counsel and other service providers.
- Supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
- Assisting with transactions, new fund launches and process improvements.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar.
- 3-5 years’ experience in fund administration, fund operations, corporate services or financial services.
- Strong organisation,



attention to detail and project coordination skills.
- Good understanding of fund structures, investor servicing and reporting processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

This is an opportunity to take on a broad fund operations and corporate services role within a growing alternative asset manager.

The role is offered within Impiegati area, under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking Sector (CCNL Credito). The starting gross annual salary is € 38.000. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role and may include an individual variable compensation component.
