Who are we looking for: Are you an experienced production leader passionate about managing people, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager – Molding to lead our Molding operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational performance are achieved while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role,
you will be responsible for leading a large production organization, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring key manufacturing KPIs, and supporting the growth and development of people. You will play a key role in a strategic phase of organizational growth and transformation, helping to further strengthen production processes, team effectiveness, and operational performance.
Your new role:Lead the Molding department, ensuring the achievement of production volume, quality, and efficiency targets.
Manage and develop a production organization of approximately 70 employees across continuous shift operations.
Coordinate key functions within the department, including Production Planning, Quality, Documentation, Shift Leaders, and Production Supervisors.
Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, productivity, and operational efficiency.
