ppI’m currently looking for a bSenior RD Expert – Application-Focused Excavators /b to join the engineering team of a global leader in construction machinery. /p pThis is a bbrand-new role /b where you will act as the technical link between European customer requirements and global RD teams, helping develop and optimize excavators for demanding applications. /p pWe are specifically looking for someone with brecent, hands-on experience in excavator development /b. /p pIdeally, you will have b8+ years of experience in RD, product development or application engineering within construction machinery /b, including bproven and recent experience developing excavators /b. /p pbGeneral construction machinery experience without direct excavator development experience may not be sufficient for this particular role. /b /p pAs this is an international position involving collaboration with teams and partners across different markets, bstrong professional communication skills in both Italian and English are important for the role. /b /p ul liTranslate customer requirements into engineering solutions /li liDefine specifications for application-specific excavator variants /li liDevelop concepts for attachments, hydraulic systems,
