We are currently looking for a Junior Brand Managerwho will support the Senior BM and the Marketing Manager in the strategic development of innovative projects for the Kinder Bueno brand.
Supporting a broad range of activities, you will be involved in new product development projects, data analysis and the interpretation of quantitative and qualitative market research results. You will also contribute to the preparation of briefs and the coordination of internal processes related to recipe and format/template management.
The position is based in Alba (CN), Italy.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the Senior BM and the Marketing Manager in the strategic process of medium- and long-term innovation, contributing to the development of the full marketing mix and ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business priorities. Collaborate with key functions, including Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling and Operations,
to ensure successful project industrialization while monitoring timelines and deliverables to achieve planned objectives.
Contribute to consumer research activities by supporting the Consumer & Shopper Understanding (CSU) team briefing process, participating in qualitative and quantitative research initiatives and analyzing results to identify opportunities for marketing mix optimization. Coordinate the production of samples and mock‑ups with UPS/DTC Labs and external agencies to support project development and decision‑making.
Support packaging design and communication activities through the preparation of briefs for design and communication agencies, participation in the evaluation of proposals and coordination of implementation activities. Ensure effective management of external suppliers involved in mock‑ups, artworks, shootings and related deliverables.
