Who we are (in stealth)
More than 2 billion people now use AI every month, and they ask it about products and services. Commerce is living its biggest shift since the birth of the web: agentic commerce.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity etc. are doing the buying. We are an agentic commerce AI lab creating a new global category: Agentic Selling.
Repeat founders, early hires from Scalapay, Palantir, Reddit and more, tier 1 investors behind us.
One year of stealth R&D; and a live marketplace where 50K+ customers generated over €100M in transaction value.
Now the 0 to 1 phase begins, at hyper-growth pace, from our Milan headquarters, serving the best brands in the world.
The role
Full cycle means exactly that. You own the entire motion:
- Build target lists of the brands you grew up admiring, and find the warm path in
- Run outbound by email, phone and LinkedIn
- Work in person from our Milan offices, and live at sector events in Vienna, Brighton, Paris and San Francisco over the coming months
- Run your own discovery calls and demos, with the founders beside you until you fly solo
- Close, onboard, and feed everything you learn back to the product and dev team
- Sell AI native: our own GTM engine plus Clay and lemlist, agents in every step of your workflow
What you become
A super IC. You learn a category roughly a year before the market does,
manage AI and sell beside the founders of an AI native company with global ambitions and carry a real number from week one. We measure growth in ownership and action.
How we work
Direct, dense, fast. We claim outcomes and attach receipts: every promise in our pitch carries its proof nearby. A deal counts when the card is in. Every inbound gets an answer within 24 hours. We build in public and publish what we learn.
Compensation
- €1,200 net per month plus other welfare benefits (coaches, dinners/lunches, Padel, Gym etc.)
- Uncapped variable on sales objectives, the same plan as the rest of the team: when you close, you earn
- Enough stock options to make you a millionaire within the next five years if we win the category: that is our philosophy for whoever joins at this stage
- A 6 month internship that converts into a permanent, tempo pieno position on the team if performance is strong
You
- Bias to action, entrepreneurship, ambition and humility
- Ready to make hundreds of calls a day, and to do whatever it takes to build one of the success stories of a generational company
- Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
- Obsessively curious about AI: you will spend your days inside agent conversations
- Sales experience is optional. Bring evidence of drive: something you started, sold, organized or shipped
