Your mission
- Training to distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution/installation/commissioning/FAQ
- Escalate sales blocks on product in time to local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcast the solution of sales blocks to customers in time once there is via training or statements
- Visit key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks on product and new request for portfolio with the clear to-purchase volume
- Study/Report of the local market size change for each portfolio sectors, and local competitor portfolio monthly
- Study local new grid standard, renewable energy law, white labelling opportunity, and 3rd party EMS or battery compatibility opportunity
- Check the sales forecast with local sales team monthly, especially whether the portfolio is correct and the forecast on each product is reasonable
Qualifications

so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats because it is essential for you to have:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering or a similar background
- A higher education qualification or business-related studies with technical counterparts
In the end, if you have dealt with the regenerative energy industry for approx. 2years, you are fit for this opportunity. Besides that, it would be amazing if you think of yourself like this:
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
- Language requirements: Italian and English at least C1
