What You’ll Bring to the Table (The Core)
- Design-Business Hybrid: With your unique blend of service design expertise and business skills,
you’re adept at crafting user‑centric services that effectively align with business objectives. You have a proven track record of translating complex business needs into innovative service solutions.
- Research and Analysis: You’re skilled in user research methodologies and business analysis techniques. Experience in strategic analysis and process mapping is a must.
- Curiosity and Flexibility: Your experience navigating diverse sectors, clients, and business challenges is crucial. This role celebrates your adaptability and the broad perspective you’ve gained from working across multiple industries and projects.
- Experienced Service Designer or Business Analyst: While we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds in UX, strategy, or business operations, this role isn’t suitable for those seeking their first design or analyst position.
